Mission Statement
At Resolution, our mission is to bring health and restoration to the people who live and work in Downtown Madison. Our diverse staff of highly trained providers address the underlying issues contributing to our clients' aches and pains, allowing us to discover the right approach for each individual client's care and ongoing restoration. We are committed to creating a tailored, effective wellness experience for each individual.

History Of Practice
Andrea Keapproth, LMT began Resolution Therapeutic Massage in 2010 in Cottage Grove, WI to provide tailored services that relieve clients’ acute and chronic pain. Andrea immediately appreciated both the rehabilitative potential of massage and the myriad benefits offered to clients by a practice with integrative therapies. She started her own practice to escape the “spa model” of massage and establish an evidence-based model focused on deeply improving the well-being of her clients. Recognizing a need for massage in downtown Madison, Andrea moved Resolution to University Ave. As demand for her services grew, Andrea expanded further, and in March 2015 moved to W. Washington Ave, and hired two additional massage therapists and administrative staff. She further saw a need for more health services for her clients and created Resolution Health Collaborative, where clients can now receive a multifaceted approach to their wellness by seeing various practitioners in one location.

Personal Statement
Andrea is the sole owner of Resolution Therapeutic Massage. She is a problem solver and enjoys working with clients who have complicated or chronic pain complaints as well as those with shoulder/rotator-cuff injuries and neck pain. Her interest in both western and eastern techniques and medicine are apparent through her particular massage style, creating an integrative approach to clients’ issues. She may refer them to other health practitioners as needed. She received her Associate’s degree in Massage Therapy in 2007 from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts from UW Madison in Languages and Cultures of Asia, E. Asian Studies, and Global Health in 2013. Andrea is a member of Associated Bodywork Professionals, board certified through NCBTMB and state licensed in Wisconsin. She is always looking for opportunities to increase her knowledge about the human body and massage techniques through continuing education and research.

Upcoming Projects
Planning to engage in more community development projects and partner with local health care practitioners. We plan to expand our current services to include more healthcare practitioners.
