Mission Statement
To continue to grow, learn, and expand upon the knowledge of the body, and unspoken messages that it holds. To be of service and act as a platform to foster awareness, curiosity, resiliency and health. Bringing wholeness and equilibrium to our community by accepting all humans (no matter one's faith, status, history, orientation, political stance, etc.) at where they are now by working on the present felt sense and in turn healing the burdens that the body bears.

History Of Practice
Mindful Hands of Madison has been in practice since 2014. When choosing our DBA 5 years ago, I put a lot of thought into the name of Mindful Hands of Madison. I knew it would be big shoes to fill and I wanted to put my goals into a infinite system of growth, evolution and adaptability that would respond to the ever changing needs of those who reach out for my services (as well as for my family and self). It started first with my training in oncology massage, but it became abundantly clear there was more to the picture than what was hidden under the skin, in holding/bracing patterns and more. My curiosity was fostered with my 3 years of training with Peter Levine's life work of Somatic Experiencing®, completing Mark Wolynn's master classes for Family Constellation work for trans-generational trauma as well as self study of Bodynamics (based off of Lisbeth Marcher's life long work).

Personal Statement
My name is Holly Dahl and I am the operator and owner of Mindful Hands of Madison. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist here in the state of Wisconsin as well as in the state of Ohio and have been practicing with a limited practitioner license since 2010. On top of being an L..M.T., I am also a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner and intuitive artist. I have studied several indigenous cultures, shamanic practices and intuitively use the messages I feel to shape my therapy and art.
