I am licensed and nationally certified as a Massage therapist and have 25 plus years of experience as a healthcare provider in traditional and alternative care settings. Lisa works with individuals who present with the following challenges: chronic pain and tension in joints, muscles and connective tissues TMJ syndrome migraines anxiety ADHD and sensory processing disorders insomnia post concussive syndrome

Personal Statement
Lisa began studying Craniosacral Therapy to assist her daughter in finding pain relief from debilitating migraines. Her initial practice began at her home studio to accommodate life/family balance. Over the years, many gifts and challenges continue to remind her to embrace the "Full Catastrophe of Living" in the words of Jon Kabat-Zinn. Embrace, learn and grow from it all! Today her studio is found within the Clock Tower Office Park on the west side of Madison, where you can savor the beauty of nature from her office window and stroll through the quaint courtyard. The evolution of her practice reflects her life experiences and journey. She understands the importance of finding comfort, clarity, connection, balance and joy in her own body, mind and life. She understands the challenges women and parents face and welcomes the opportunity to work with you.
