An intensive 3 hour practice! Learn to work through challenges the mind creates! We will practice various meditation techniques, including movement during this 3 hour, mostly silent, intensive. Learn the practices and skills that create in the moment awareness and thereby create better mental and physical health. Learn to pay attention and gain awareness and through that awareness gain control and wisdom in navigating life’s challenges. You will actively participate and commit to a practice that utilizes your strengths to improve your mental well-being. You will learn to employ effort and action to move toward health, inner peace, and overall well-being.
