Meditation Practices for Energetic Living and Being!

Learn meditation techniques for living life anchored, with openness, enhanced energy and clarity. We will use meditation principles based in a combination of Native American, Tibetan and Mexican shamanic traditions. They include visualization, journeying and experiencing your own energetic nature. We practice specific techniques used to enhance well-being through grounding, clearing old stuff, lightening perceived burdens, and making space for more ease and flow in one’s life.

Each session offers opportunities for growth through practical meditation practice, journaling, and optional sharing of personal experiences. The small group setting allows for learning through rich discussion, and from listening to other participant’s experiences.

I have been practicing this style of meditation for 15 years, teaching it since 2009, and continue practicing weekly with my original meditation group. In that period of time, I have used these practices to overcome personal fears and challenges, accomplish goals I formerly believed I could not, grow my business during economic recession, and most importantly, to continue growing and evolving as a human being. I hope you’ll join me!

Classes: Tuesdays: February 19 through April 23, 2019

Cost: $300/10 week class
